Nutritious Banana Oat Meal Raisin Cookies Our Healthy And Balanced Baking.

How do baking biscuits ever be quick? You usually must get a scale, carefully measure all the ingredients, caress the bread to ages, then cut out little cookies in to heart, star and moon shapes then wait another century'til they're baked.

NEVER EVER could I bake biscuits under these conditions. That is just how I roll up. But I came across those Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies (that is what I call them, anyhow.)

Okay, they don't taste exactly like the biscuits you get round Christmas time. Rather they are a little more gooey and don't crumble at all.

But what largely convinced me was you could have them prepared in 25 minutes such as the baking time! No shit.

Possibly the most astonishing thing about the cookies is that they involve only 2 ingredients! Yep that is correct, and anyone can blend two components.

Though if you would like to make them tastier and/or healthier you can pimp them up using a few add ons like raisins, walnuts or cinnamon. That's Your Choice!

It seems more and more like a sales pitch (it's not -- nobody is gonna pay me should you eat them), however I have to say one more amazing thing about those cookies.

They're tasty! Yep, after I'd had the very first I finished the remainder within an hour.

They are ideal for hiking excursions or other occasions where you need a quick energizing snack on the go. Nowadays I keep them as a fast snack in my back pack.

It must also be mentioned they're vegan. No eggs, no milk, none of the standard cookie suspects. Simply oats and peanuts.

Take oats for example. Not only do they decrease your cholesterol levels which in turn can help you stop developing heart disease or diabetes, but they also energize you with great carbs and nutrients to keep you going for more throughout the day.

Those nutrients include manganese, great for bone creation and skin integrity in addition to magnesium -- essential for energy generation to allow you to feel more awake

Much like bananas -- the favourite fruit one of athletes -- not just cause they have a decent amount of good carbohydrates but for being the huge players at the potassium game.

Potassium is a very important nutrient for preventing fatigue and muscle cramps. Pretty good if you've got a hard day ahead of you.

Because you can see, I'm a big fan.

Here is an example of if I might have done with a few these biscuits. Regrettably, I did not have them .

Perhaps you have been stuck somewhere in nature and thought"damn I'm in trouble" ? If yes, where? I Would like to really go
